For more than 30 years, Elizabeth Donoghue has successfully represented tenants, shareholders, Condo/Co-Op unit owners and tenant groups throughout New York City. As a partner in NYC’s premier tenant-side law firms, Liz and her firm are at the forefront of interpreting the historic changes in the rent laws passed this June.

In addition to being a highly effective and skilled litigator, Liz has a demonstrated track record of holding landlords accountable for illegal rent overcharges, and for failing to live up to their promises made in court. Her law firm has handled thousands of commercial and residential real estate transactions.

A graduate of Antioch School of Law and Georgetown University Law Center, Liz has served as a Vice President and Chair of the Executive Committee of the NYC Bar, as is currently a New York Bar Fellow.
