Jennifer D. Port, a Managing Partner at Ivey, Barnum & O’Mara, LLC has over 30 years of experience in counseling clients in order to preserve their wealth for their families in the most appropriate and tax-effective manner. Ms. Port has provided both simple and sophisticated succession and tax planning advice to clients that include corporate executives, songwriters, authors, family business owners, entrepreneurs and parents of children with special needs. Ms. Port has also represented numerous major banks and trust companies. She drafts and negotiates Prenuptial Agreements, participates in estate and trust related litigation, and creates and administers charitable entities. As an active member of her community, Ms. Port serves as either Counsel to or a director of charitable organizations and was a recipient of the 2012 Brava Award which recognizes women achievers who have excelled in their professional careers and who also volunteer their time and talent to help others..
