Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice

In 1984, Gary Zucker started his law practice. Guy Regev, a medical doctor and attorney, has since become a partner at the firm. Today, Zucker & Regev, P.C. is one of the busiest personal injury and medical malpractice firms in New York, having helped thousands of victims of medical malpractice and negligence.

The unique advantage Zucker & Regev has over other personal injury and medical malpractice law firms is that they combine 40 years of legal expertise with a deep understanding of medicine.

The firm has an impressive track record, having won numerous multi-million dollar recoveries, including a $10.5 million verdict for a brain injury suffered due to malpractice and $6 million for a wrongful death which was the largest reported recovery in 2014 for the wrongful death of a passenger in a motor vehicle accident in New York.
