Lawrence P. Schnapf is an environmental attorney with over 35 years of national environmental experience and is the principal of Schnapf LLC. Larry primarily concentrates on environmental risks associated with commercial, real estate and brownfield transactions. He has also written numerous articles on environmental law, the general editor/ contributing author of ‘Environmental Issues in Business Transactions’ (ABA Business Law Section), author of ‘Managing Environmental Liability in Transactions and Brownfield Redevelopment’ (Juris Publishing) and contributing author to ‘Brownfield Practice and Law: The Cleanup and Redevelopment of Contaminated Properties’ (Lexis Publishing). He is also an adjunct professor at New York Law School where he teaches courses on environmental law and brownfields. Larry is a past chair of the NYSBA Environmental Law Section and has received the AV® Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
