Speciality: Employment, False Claims Act

Rachel Geman currently holds leadership positions in matters involving the legality of drug company ‘patient education’ programs; in civil rights cases brought by large municipalities; and in consumer class action matters involving mortgage servicing, short-term insurance, and drug contamination. She represents multiple individual whistleblowers with under seal matters, particularly in New York State and Federal courts, and also is part of a team representing a class of women with certified claims of gender discrimination against Goldman Sachs. Rachel maintains a credential as a Certified Fraud Examiner and serves as the Chair of the NELA-NY Amicus Committee.
