For more than 30 years, Elizabeth Donoghue has successfully represented tenants, shareholders, Condo/Co-Op unit owners and tenant groups throughout New York City. As a partner in NYC’s premier tenant-side law firm, Liz and her firm have been at the forefront of counseling tenants through the pandemic as well as interpreting the historic changes in the rent laws.
In addition to being a highly effective and skilled litigator, Liz has a demonstrated track record of holding landlords accountable for failing to live up to their promises made in court. Her law firm has handled thousands of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
A graduate of Antioch School of Law and Georgetown University Law Center, Liz has served as a Vice President and Chair of the Executive Committee of the NYC Bar, a member of the Special Commission on the Future of the Housing Court and as a New York Bar Fellow.
