Katsky Korins LLP congratulates partners Marcy L. Wachtel, Adrienne B. Koch, and Shireen Arani on being selected as 2021 Women Leaders in Law. Marcy is the chair of, and Shireen is a partner in, the firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law department, whose practice includes divorce cases, child custody matters, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, paternity and post-judgment proceedings and appeals. In addition to individual representation, Marcy has trademarked ConsensUs®, an alternative dispute resolution process for all marital and family law matters. Marcy served four terms on the New York City Bar Association’s Matrimonial Law Committee, and has published numerous articles in the matrimonial law field. Adrienne is a partner in the firm’s Litigation department, whose practice includes all types and phases of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, at both the trial and appellate levels. Adrienne is the President-Elect of the New York County Lawyers Association, Co-Chair of the New York Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, and a member of the Pro Bono Panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit
