    Danny Meyer’s six-month-old Marta is an unlikely place to order steak, given its two blazing pizza ovens. But if the $115 bistecca special is offered, get it. Chef Nick Anderer’s staff blasts the 28-ounce T-bone on the kitchen’s massive Infierno 96 grill and that’s it. It’s sliced thick and served rare, as it should be, all char and salt. There are no marrow bones on top, no sizzling suet pooling around the meat. Instead, it’s clean-tasting with just a hint of funk. Definitely not what you’d expect in a pizza joint and better than what’s served in most steakhouses.
