America: Hey John McCain, tell us a funny joke!! C’mon. We need to laugh.

John McCain: OK! Stop me if you’ve heard this one before. It’s kinda like a knock-knock joke, only it starts with someone asking who I think should be the vice-presidential candidate should be. Can someone help me?
