A couple of months ago, the tabloid filed a FOIA request to unseal the ratings the Department of Education had given to 12,000 NYC public-school teachers. The Department complied, but was blocked yesterday by the United Federation of Teachers, which sought an injunction to stop the Post from publishing the results so that parents could see how the people teaching their children were rated.
