Voters over the age of 65 made up 23 percent of yesterday’s electorate (compared to only 19 percent in the past two midterms). Also, they favored the GOP 58-40, a ratio that was by far the steepest of any age group, and a significant shift from the 49-49 split from just two years ago. Thanks, olds!
