With Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 still missing and national newscasters actively encouraging viewers to compare the plane’s disappearance to television shows, it was bound to happen eventually: Omaha, Nebraska, ABC affiliate KETV tweeted a link to the “latest theories” about what happened to the aircraft along with an image that looked a lot like the poster for Lost, only with the title of the series replaced with “Flight 370.” The post was soon deleted, perhaps because someone remembered that the people onboard Flight 370 were not actors pretending to battle a smoke monster somewhere.
