How Much Would It Cost to Make It to Sunday’s Game?

So, you’ve got Sunday open: You have to see the Jets win the AFC in person. Can you make it happen? Here’s how much we estimate it’ll cost you. According to Kayak, a round-trip flight into Indianapolis International Airport is only 241 bucks if you’re willing to stop in Atlanta on the way. (You’re in Indy by 10:51, plenty of time.) A cab from the airport to Lucas Oil Stadium is about 40 bucks. The Crowne Plaza Indianapolis is right by the stadium and will cost $219 a night. If you don’t mind sitting in the “Terrace Corner” — Indianian for “way, way far away” — a ticket to the game will only cost you $170. And you’ll have to take the day off work Monday: No flights are available that will get you back to NYC in time. Your grand total: $670. Not terrible! Of course, that’s just for you, if you go by yourself. And it doesn’t count beer.
