In a wild interview with Mike Francesa yesterday, former Iona basketball coach Jeff Ruland made allegations of racism at the university (he says he noticed a change in how he was treated when he began dating an African-American woman), that one of his assistants settled a discrimination suit with the university for $500,000, and that people associated with Iona have bad-mouthed him to prospective employers.
