Half of the Elite Eight is in place — Arizona, Florida, UConn, and Butler all won last night — so we thought we’d check in with The Sports Section’s NCAA Tournament Pool after two and a half rounds of picks. Alone in first place is a bracket named “See You in LA Marvin,” which had three of last night’s four winners and at this stage can earn more points (161) than anyone else in the pool. (Doing so would win the bracket’s creator a free post on this blog.) Then there’s a three-way tie for second place, though only one of those brackets’ names — “Adam Wainwright’s Elbow” — has the distinction of causing Will to burst into tears. Good luck to all this weekend!
