After three seasons in pinstripes, A.J. Burnett is now an ex-Yankee. The most frustrating thing about Burnett wasn’t simply that he turned in too many poor outings while with the Yankees; it was knowing how good he could be when he had his best stuff working. And so now that the A.J. Burnett Era is over, we thought it was only appropriate to look back at both the best and worst outings of Burnett’s time in New York. Taken together, they give a good idea of what it’s been like to watch Burnett for the past three years.
