What is your coat?
It's Alberta Ferretti. The shirt's Helmut Lang, and an Alvin
Valley skirt. And Louis Vuitton shoes.
Is this your typical style?
I definitely like to dress girly, and I like color especially.
And this week's kind of spring-y and nice, so I decided to bring
out the spring clothes instead of wearing dark colors and fur.
But usually I'm very feminine and girly. I mean, I'm dressed
like a schoolgirl today or something. That's what I was going
for, anyway.
Where do you like to shop?
I kind of stick uptown. I have to say I like Bergdorf, Barneys;
it's easier. Or, I have a lot of friends who are designers and
I'll go to their showrooms. Like Alvin Valley, I'll go to his
showroom, or Peter Som. Downtown has amazing stuff, I'm just
not that familiar with downtown. I'm not that cool yet.
Well, you also have to dig and go from shop to shop.
Yeah, well, I'm from Virginia so I'm used to one-stop shopping.
Maybe a mall or something. I like that better.
Are you here for Oscar de la Renta?
Yes. I was at Carolina Herrera earlier.
Are you going to any other shows?
Afterward it's Reem Acra. Then later it's Alvin Valley.
So you're into the opulent, upscale evening looks as well?
Definitely. Definitely my favorite for eveningwear is Oscar
and Carolina; they're absolutely my favorites. They're perfect.
