Grand Old Time for ‘Zodiac’

Cinema Society Zodiac screening and party. Screening at Tribeca Grand, 2 Sixth Ave., nr. White St., 7:30 p.m.; party at Soho Grand, 310 W. Broadway, nr. Canal St., 10 p.m. One presumes there won’t be an after-party, simply because they’ve run out of Manhattan hotels named the “[location] Grand.” Although there’s always the one in Flushing! Expected guests include Jake Gyllenhaal, Mark Ruffalo, Andy Samberg, Seth Meyers, and Bill Hader.

Special Party Town Follow-up Report: Yesterday we reported that Bono would be participating in a “Conversation” at the Time Warner Center to be followed by an 8 p.m. “supper” and wondered whether that supper would include meat loaf. Even if it did, it seems that Mr. Bono didn’t get any. A Party Town correspondent enjoying a bacon cheeseburger at P.J. Clarke’s later that night was surprised to see the Irish rocker (wearing one of his own AIDS-benefit RED T-shirts) and three companions seated at 8:30. It’s unclear what Bono ate, but in any case, P.J. Clarke’s only serves meat loaf on Thursday. Maybe he had the lobster roll.
