Former governor George Pataki is set to launch a consulting firm, in the model of Giuliani Partners. It’ll be called the Pataki-Cahill group and will be based out of the Manhattan offices of the law firm Chadbourne and Parke, where Pataki and his longtime aide John Cahill have been working.
