Isn’t it pretty? Above is one of four giant waterfall sculptures scattered across the city’s waterways. You’ve been hearing about them for months (“They’re the new Gates!” “They’re going to bring $55 million in tourist dollars!”), now it’s time to go see them. They started spouting today.
