Last Friday, Condi took a break from all the U.N. hoo-ha for a blowout at the Upper West Side’s exclusive Royal Mountain salon. (That do doesn’t style itself, you know.) But while the secretary of State was getting her scalp massaged, her massive security detail apparently failed to notice a robber holding up a Chase Bank on the same block, and the criminal managed to bolt, fleeing all responsibility.
