Or, Sondra used to live there. Since she lost $3 million to her own brother’s scam and the Feds confiscated her Hanukkah presents, she had to put the place on the market. The three-bedroom home, which comes with a pool, a spa, the “best water view with sunsets every evening,” and a soupçon of really bad vibes, is listed for around $850,000.
