Speaking before reporters yesterday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton relayed that President Obama has demanded that Israel halt the building and expansion of settlements in the West Bank. And not just the settlements nobody likes anyway. All of them. “Not some settlements, not outposts, not natural growth exceptions,” she insisted.
