Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger finally responded personally to this week’s big internet meme: his letter to the California State Assembly in which the first letter of each line spelled out “F-U-C-K Y-O-U.” Predictably, he said “It was one of those wild coincidences.” The Governor was reportedly “smiling” as he said it, though, sadly, not winking.
