Bagel Boss Stole Dough From City and State

Helmer Toro, the owner of H&H bagels, was arrested today on charges he stole $400,000 in employee taxes that should have gone to the state and city governments. If convicted, Toro could be lox-ed up for 15 years. [NYDN]
