Narain Dutt Tiwari was the governor of the Indian state Andhra Pradesh until yesterday, when he submitted his resignation following the release of a sex tape featuring him and three young ladies. Tiwari is 86. After the tape was first broadcast by a local TV station on Friday, Tiwari claimed that it was fake but submitted his resignation a day later citing health reasons. Apparently the tryst took place after he promised a woman a mining contract in exchange for some womanly company. The woman set him up with three ladies and went public with the video only after he failed to live up to his end of the deal. But the man’s 86! Of course he didn’t live up to his end of the deal.
