George Gershwin.

What’s the best meal you’ve eaten in New York?
I have three restaurants: Carmine’s, Nobu, and Asiate. Especially at Nobu, they have this little dish that’s like toro with a little bit of caviar on top. Fabulous.

In one sentence, what do you actually do all day in your job?
I help people save money.

Would you live here on a $35,000 salary?
If I were starting all over again, you betcha I would.

What’s the last thing you saw on Broadway?
Memphis, just the other day. Everybody needs to go see Memphis.

Do you give money to panhandlers?
No, but I support street musicians.

What’s your drink?
Pellegrino with lime.

How often do you prepare your own meals?
Daily. I eat home more than I eat out.

What’s your favorite medication?
Watching CNBC. That’s true. It’s on right now in front of me.

What’s hanging above your sofa?
Nothing. We have French doors that open into a courtyard, so nothing.

How much is too much to spend on a haircut?
Anything above $200 is nuts.

When’s bedtime?
After I’ve answered all my tweets. I tweet for myself and we’re over a million people now, so I answer all the tweets, the questions. So after they’re all done every night, that’s when I go to bed.

Which do you prefer, the old Times Square or the new Times Square?
Oh, the new one, by far. I like the little chairs that are around there. I just like how it feels.

What do you think of Donald Trump?
Donald’s built a true legacy in New York. His name is on every piece of real estate. So he’s a great man to know if you need a place to stay.

What do you hate most about living in New York?
When I have to leave it.

Who is your mortal enemy?
People who lie, cheat, and steal money from others.

When’s the last time you drove a car?
Maybe three or four months ago. We were coming in from West Chester, Pennsylvania. We were in our car. K.T. normally drives, and we wanted to stop and pick up some food at this Chinese restaurant that we liked. So we stopped, and K.T. went in to get it, and this policeman came over and said we had to move, so I had to get into the driver’s seat and drive around the block a few times until she came out.

How has the Wall Street crash affected you?
Very little, since I take my own advice.
