Despite being expelled by his peers in the Senate, a desire to serve the public/destroy state government for months at a time still burns deep inside Hiram Monserrate, which is why he’s trying to get on the ballot for the special election being held for his former seat. But to do that, he has to file 3,000 signatures with the Board of Elections by midnight tonight. And where is he going to get the signatures?
