Cities across the country have long distributed condoms with hopes of getting boys to wrap it up, but no city has put the same emphasis on female condoms — until now! Washington, D.C., is about to put in an order for half a million female condoms that it will make “available in beauty salons, convenience stores and high schools in parts of the city with high HIV rates.” Yay for equality.
