A man from Brooklyn and a man from Queens were charged today with conspiring “to modernize Al Qaeda by providing computer systems expertise and other goods and services” instead of helping us figure out why our wireless keeps spazzing out, according to Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara. One of the guys also bought a bunch of Casio digital watches, which, unfortunately for Casio, are apparently “the chosen timer for many terrorist bombings.” [NYDN]
