Central Park West is dominated by posh pre-wars and high-profile condos, but sprinkled among them are a handful of townhouses, too. This particular Sotheby’s International Realty listing was built in the 1800s, and boasts a few amenities most New Yorkers can only dream of: a screening room in one of the upper floors and a freshwater pool in the basement. (Forget LeBron; this one’s a Michael Phelps special.) And that’s just for starters … which is why it’s asking $32 million.
