Paul Ceglia, the owner of a wood-pellet start-up who is suing Facebook for an 84 percent stake in the company, should be grateful to Andrew Cuomo. An improbable chain of events, which have a very remote chance of making Ceglia the majority shareholder in the largest social network on Earth, began with a lawsuit filed by Cuomo’s office. The suit got Ceglia looking through a filing cabinet, where he came upon a 2003 contract with Mark Zuckerberg. We’re sure Cuomo’s gift basket of wood pellets is in the mail — but who will play him in the sequel?
