An Obama-Clinton rematch is sooo not happening. An Obama-Clinton ticket? It’s at least a possibility. Former George W. Bush chief of staff Andy Card is onboard, telling CNN this morning, “[It] wouldn’t surprise me if [Hillary Clinton] became the vice presidential nominee.
