Gawker Pulls Leaked Sarah Palin Book

HarperCollins filed a lawsuit against Gawker Media on Friday after the website posted images of Sarah Palin’s upcoming memoir, America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag. Yesterday, a federal judge ordered Gawker to pull the leaked pages from the blog, pending a hearing on November 30, and the post appears to be gone now. Palin wins this round! [AP via MSNBC]
