Cathy Cruz Marrero, the woman who fell into a mall fountain while texting, is not laughing along with the rest of America. She’s contemplating legal action against the mall for failing to check up on her after the incident and for leaking the surveillance footage onto the Internet. And she’s making sure that young people can take away a serious lesson from her misfortune. “Do not text and walk,” she pleaded on Good Morning America today.
