Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein went to Russia this week to meet with President Dmitry Medvedev and Deputy Finance Minister Dmitry Pankin about turning Moscow into a bigger financial center, but apparently had second thoughts about the city’s viability after getting stuck in traffic on the way to the meeting. “He said it was bottleneck from the airport to the city center,” said Pankin.
