Apparently Wisconsin police really took it to heart when a Wisconsin judge ordered them to clear Madison’s capitol building. State assemblyman Nick Milroy was trying to get into his office last night, reportedly for some clothes, when police tackled him to the ground. As you can see in the video, this did not make Milroy feel like using his inside voice.
