Two sewage plant workers died when one of the walls of the plant collapsed, spilling millions of waste water into a nearby Gatlinburg, Tennessee, river. The bodies of the two workers were found underneath the rubble of the wall. The cause of the accident has yet to be determined. [BBC UK]
