One in three New Yorkers under 30 plans on moving to another state, says a new poll. And one in four adults plans on leaving the state within five years. The poll, conducted by NY1 and Marist College, included 941 participants, and attempted to catalogue why people choose to leave the state. Self-exilers cited economic difficulties, cost of living, and high taxes as reasons for moving away. [NYP]
