LulzSec, a hacker group that has recently targeted the websites of the Senate, Sony, and News Corp., among others, has seemingly bagged another big prize. About 45 minutes ago it tweeted: “Tango down - cia.gov - for the lulz,” and, indeed, the CIA website is not loading.
