Actually, he’s going to court the Latino vote, an important part of his early campaign strategy, and hopefully raise some cash as well. He’s the first sitting president in 50 years to visit the nonvoting U.S. territory. Maybe Newt Gingrich will campaign there as well — the beaches are supposed to be nice. [ABC News]
