Danielle Chiesi Settles for $540,000 With SEC

The vampy former beauty queen who already pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit securities fraud with her Galleon Group confidante Raj Rajaratnam has agreed to pay $540,000 in a related settlement with the SEC. (Bet that was one exchange that didn’t feel like an orgasm.) She’ll be sentenced on the criminal charges next week and faces more than three years in prison. [WSJ]
