Accordingly, the U.S can now fund the opposition using some of the $30 billion of Muammar Qaddafi’s frozen assets sitting in American banks. The move also means Qaddafi’s delusions of grandeur just got a little more delusional. No word on whether he will amp up his wardrobe accordingly. [AP]
