It’s been two months since any national poll has shown President Obama with a positive approval rating. But even while Americans sour on Obama’s job performance, they don’t think he’s dumb. In fact, when an Economist/YouGov poll presented 1,000 adults with different ways to describe Obama, “intelligent” was far and away the one they agreed with the most. They must not have heard that Obama said he’d been to 57 states that one time!
