Rudy Giuliani Is Waiting Until After the 9/11 Anniversary to Think About Running for President

For the second time this week, The View hosted a New York City mayor to discuss how safe New Yorkers are post-9/11 (even if they aren’t feeling super safe today) and to beg the men to announce that they are running for president on the show. Neither Mayor Michael Bloomberg nor today’s guest, Rudy Giuliani, would give it up, but Giuliani did say he would think about it … after Sunday. Yes, he’s waiting until after the tenth anniversary of 9/11 to decide if he might run for president, despite already running in the 2008 election. “I’m not even going to think about it until Sunday,” he said. But Rudy, you’ve had three years to make this decision! “I don’t think I could win the election,” he said. “I think I’d have a good chance of winning the election.” No wonder he’s in no rush to announce.
