Since everyone has an iSomething, subway theft is up 16 percent so far this year and the NYPD is taking action, approximately doubling the number of decoy officers in an attempt to bait crooks. The chosen cops are attending a five-day training program in order to learn how to look like easy targets (i.e. drunk or asleep), and are likely also being instructed that no one wants a Zune.
