Froylan Andrade, the subway pervert who was recently photographed (and repeatedly punched) by college student Shyane DeJesus after he allegedly groped her on the Union Square 6 platform, was caught by the police over the weekend with the help of his estranged brother. Something tells us these two aren’t going to get any less estranged in the near term.
