A few weeks ago, a black bear sneaked into the basement of Hopatcong, New Jersey, resident Frank Annacone, 85, and stayed put. The bear apparently made himself comfortable, bringing in twigs and leaves, and was about to settle in for the winter — but a Cablevision technician came downstairs for a repair and ruined everything.
