New York State will overturn regulations preventing pet owners from having their own ashes buried in a pet cemetery. “My wish has been granted and I will be able to be with my furry family forever,” one Rhona Levy of the Bronx told The Wall Street Journal. “This was one of the best moments of my life.” Clearly she’s not a Stephen King fan.
