On the one hand, the massive pure powder seizure outside Guadalajara — 13 million doses valued at about $4 billion — is a record haul for Mexican authorities. On the other hand, U.S. officials are disturbed by the “eye-popping” size of the bust that would awe even Breaking Bad’s Walter White. “The big thing it shows is the sheer capacity that these superlabs have in Mexico,” said Rusty Payne, a DEA spokesman. “When we see one lab with the capability to produce such a mass tonnage of meth, it begs a question: What else is out there?” Probably a sh*load more meth.
